As a very experienced Project Manager and former executive Manager with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in Planning, Controlling and Management of complex projects, I lead projects, fulfill tasks and resolve challenges of my customers to maximum success.
I ensure proper organization and the efficient execution of all relevant tasks as well as the steering of all activities in the right direction.
Thereby, I advise and support executives and the decision-makers with respect to their daily business as well as areas of conflict like adherence to budgets, cost optimization, delivery dates and efficient use of resources - in other words, “project business” vs. “daily business”.
As a right hand, I manage the operational execution of all necessary to-do's and workloads.
My operating method is the right amount of agility combined with team-oriented leadership, detailed organization and precise planning, well-structured processes, clearly defined objectives and last but not least a quality-oriented execution.
